Dinner yumminess
Right now there is a 2.39 lb. chicken roasting in our oven, stuffed with fresh onion, garlic, leek, and thyme, and surrounded by baby red potatoes that took a quick dip in some olive oil, salt and pepper, with a few whole cloves of garlic. Rainy afternoon bliss
I just took a five minute break between my last conference call and my next stab at updating my status report and had a dish of French vanilla yogurt with a pudge free brownie crumbled on top. Yum!
