New cookie recipe success
So a coworker shared a recipe this week for a lemon ricotta cookie. When I found out this morning that Mom would be bringing Gram by for tea this afternoon I knew that I had the perfect reason to try them. They came out very nice. I have tweaked the recipe a bit from the original to reflect what I think works best.
Lemon Ricotta Cookies
Jess, I made these cookies yesterday for our Valentine’s dinner. They came out awesome! The are so pillowy and delicious. I don’t usually like lemon sweet things, but, these were great;)
