As this year comes to a close, let nothing be forgotten. Have no regrets, and treat every event, good or bad, as a learning experience. Don’t be bothered with hate, it takes too much time and energy that could be well focused on something more deserving.
With the new year beginning ask yourself “is there something that I’ve been thinking about doing or talking about doing for a while now and just haven’t gotten around to?” If you answer yourself “yes” then begin looking at what you need to do to complete that task or to reach that goal. Maybe it’s as simple as picking up the phone and reaching out to someone that you’ve been estranged from for a long time. Maybe it’s something more detailed that requires a long-term plan. Whatever it is, do it, because you’re the only one who can change your life.
Whatever it is that you’re doing on this new year’s eve, be safe, and be happy. Live, love and eat well!
