So far I’ve done chewy peanut butter cookies. There is a batch of dark chocolate, cherry, hazelnut fudge in the fridge, cooling. Dolce de leche cookies are being baked as I type, to be later made into cookiewiches, probably with a chocolate frosting (something dark and rich, but not too sweet). Much, much more to come….
