Ok, back to food

So last night we stood outside gabbing with the neighbors for over an hour, right after work.  Needless to say I was famished by the time we went in.  We wrapped a pair of corn on the cob in foil and put them on the top rack of the grill.  Then we turned on the side burner and steamed up some fresh broccoli.  We nuked some potatoes for a couple of minutes.  Then we busted out a chunk of cheddar cheese, some butter-like product, sour cream, salt and pepper and got down to piling it all on.  Loaded baked potatoes with corn on the cob.  Rock on.

Tonight we are expecting rain straight through midnight.  Dinner will be simple: chili dogs.  We can steam up the dogs in the microwave and heat up canned chili.  Organic, vegetarian black bean for me, and meat, no beans for Chris.  Summer squash on the side.  I love easy.
