…and all I have to have finished by Friday afternoon is:
- two batches of applesauce
- one sweet potato pie
- a few dozen mini corn muffins
- a bittersweet chocolate tart
- a dozen panna cotta
- one goat cheese cheesecake on molasses cookie crust, topped with honeyed cranberries
- a dozen peanut butter and jelly muffins
- a batch of sugared cranberries
- some sugar-dusted whole wheat graham crackers
- lemon-ginger streusel bread
- a few dozen assorted cookies
and as soon as that’s all done I need to prep a cranberry french toast bake and make & decorate a birthday cake for Gram. Not too bad….
