Time to get on the ball

So the holidays are over, several birthdays have been celebrated, a few folks have announced new pregnancies (no- definitely not me), and now it’s time to get back to posting about food.  It’s not that I haven’t been cooking.  In fact, I started a google calendar just for my weekly meal planning.  I’ve just been slacking off on telling you all about it and on taking pictures of tasty dishes like chicken soup, frenched rack of lamb, balsamic glazed pork tenderloin, fish tacos (and their associated assembly line of ingredients), chicken marsala, falling-apart pork ribs, cheese-stuffed shells, island teriyaki pork & fried rice, beef bourguignon, chicken parmesian, need I say more?
Tonight a stir fry is on the menu.  I will make it a point to take pics and post them for your inspection tomorrow.
