Cookies for Mother’s Day tea

Got up this morning with the sun so I figured that I might as well not waste my waking time. I baked some lemon spritz cookies for our Mother’s Day tea. They have little lemon gel centers. Check out more pics here. The Chinese takeout boxes are for my mother-in-law and neighbors and, of course, one for the mailman.
