So last night I decided to try this new recipe (and thoroughly neglected to take any pictures). While it did have flavor, it also needed some work. The curry is great, but the dish needs some heat. Also, it called for coating the chicken in the yogurt and spice mixture, but I’d certainly mix some of that with the vegetables as well.
I opted to serve this with some warm naan and a dip of nonfat Greek yogurt with minced garlic, salt and pepper. That worked well.
