Semi-homemade pizza

So last night’s dinner consisted of a pre-made whole wheat pizza crust, brushed with olive oil, and scantly pasted with crushed fresh garlic.  One half was red sauced, and layered with pepperoni and the other layered with fresh tomatoes, salted & peppered, and had fresh basil leaves tossed about and raw pine nuts sprinkled here and there.  The entire pie was then coated in fluffy, freshly shredded mozzarella and put into a 500 degree grill for a few minutes.  Yum.
