Been slacking on the posting lately but not because I’m lazy. I’ve been very busy and it’s only going to get worse as the month roles on. Friday night I have to have a cake ready for pick-up to feed 28 starving teenagers for my niece’s bday party with her friends. Saturday we have a 1st birthday party to go to for our neighbor’s baby, immediately followed by a St. Patty’s party to which I’ll be bringing chocolate chip cookies, m&m cookies, sugar cookies, and chocolate stout cake. Then on Sunday is the family bday party for two of our nieces for which I will be making a personal cake for each of them (as a gift from their mom) and a cake for the rest of the folks at the party.
The following weekend Sarah and I are cooking for a friends wedding. And the weekend after that I will be participating in the Holyoke St. Patty’s road race (which requires lots of training on my part).
