I’ve got the dough fermenting for English muffins. Next up is mixing the bigas and starters together for both whole wheat sandwich bread and St. Lucia buns and letting them ferment. I’m hoping that I don’t run out of yeast, but it’s definitely a possibility so I may be running out to the market when they open.
Dad is coming over later so that I can do his taxes. Ew. I didn’t like doing my own, but his should take significantly less time. No crazy itemizations, health savings accounts, or any of that junk. Just straight-up.
