Yay half day

I have a half day of work today.  Of course it’s not like I have any more time to myself.  I have a seminar with SCORE on writing a business plan all afternoon.  I hope that it’s a good class.  I’ve been looking forward to it for a while.
The dough came out good that I made for yesterday’s cheesy broccoli pockets.  Now that I know I can do it right, I’ll mix it up a little with my next batch.  Yay trial and error.  I was so tired making dinner last night.  I didn’t even leave Waltham until 5:00 and there was a nasty storm there.  The rain was coming down sideways and there were horrible winds.  For the first 10 miles or so on the highway I don’t think that we exceeded 25 mph.  Once I hit Charlton there was almost no rain at all, and the winds had died down for which I was very thankful.  Normally I’m a very relaxed driver, but crappy weather can make me very tense behind the wheel.  I made it though, and now it’s Friday.
Enjoy your weekend, especially if it’s a long one.
