Breakfast quesadilla

Take one tortilla and line a half of it with thinly sliced pear. Grind some fresh pepper over that and sprinkle on some crumbled goat cheese. Drizzle with honey, fold in half, and toast in a frying pan for a couple of minutes on each side. Add a few strawberries, blueberries and pear slices on the side and that’s what I had for breakfast today, with an iced coffee of course.
