Mmm… chocolate….

No, I’m not eating it (athough I kind of wish that I were- at least the end result).  I’m melting it down with some heavy cream and fresh-brewed espresso to make a mouth-watering ganache.  Into this ganache I’ll be dipping the tops of chocolate stout cupcakes for a birthday celebration later this evening.  I may even decorate on top of the dark chocolate ganache with white chocolate details.  We’ll see….
